The shipping fee will be ¥ 800 nationwide.

* Please note that a shipping fee of 1,300 yen will be charged for delivery to Okinawa.

About delivery

Reserved items will take some time to ship. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before ordering.

For reserved products, the estimated delivery date is stated on the product details page, but please note that the delivery date of the product may change due to production reasons.

Even after the order is completed, we may not be able to prepare the ordered product due to defective products, etc., and we may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery may be delayed due to delivery conditions and traffic conditions during the busy season, year-end and New Year holidays, and bad weather of the delivery company.

About changing the delivery address

We do not change the delivery address after ordering. Please note.

Commodity does not reach

After shipping the product, it may take about 3 weeks to deliver it depending on the area where you live.

If you do not receive the item within 7 days after receiving the item shipping notification email, please contact the customer center.

About long-term absence / decline of receipt

Please be sure to receive the sent product at your own risk.

* The product storage period at Kuroneko Yamato is approximately one week from the date of shipment.

* Once shipped, the product cannot be transferred to another address.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive it within the storage period and return it, we will charge the necessary expenses such as shipping fee for round trip and packing material fee.

Please note that the transfer fee associated with the payment will be borne by the customer.

If the transfer to the designated account cannot be confirmed within the deadline, it will be judged as a malicious case and legal procedures will be taken.

If you do not receive the ordered product due to customer's refusal or long absence, we will unavoidably restrict the use of this site.

Please be sure to receive the ordered product.

When the product can be received after the period

If the customer is absent, Yamato Transport will contact you by notification of absence.

Please adjust the desired delivery date and time within the pick-up period and receive the product.

In the following cases, the product will be automatically returned to us.

・ If you cannot contact the contact information provided in the out-of-office notification

・ If your address is unknown

・ If you do not receive it within the storage period specified by Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express

The returned product will be canceled as a decline in receipt.

In addition, we cannot accept reshipments of products.

* Even if the product has been paid, the product will be automatically returned to us.

If you decline receipt due to customer's convenience or if you are absent for a long time, we will take measures to limit the payment method.
