Founded by designer Daisuke Oguchi, the brand name is"diam" is composed of words that mean the diameter of a circle.
It is regarded as a line connecting two points passing through the center point, and by connecting two points relative to the "universality" of the center, it has the meaning of creating a circle that is the world view of the brand.
The potential silhouette is simplified and over-decorated to add discomfort and melancholy to the design.
The inspiration is based on the work of sculptor Katsura Funakoshi and his own experience.
