Refund policy

◆ Matters concerning special contracts for returns and exchanges

・ We do not accept any returns. We will replace it.


・ Product exchange is due to a defect in the product, a mistake in the product, or any other reason attributable to us. After the member receives the product, we will contact you by e-mail within the period specified by us (within 3 days). It can be done only when you receive.

・ When contacting us, please include the following in your e-mail.
(1) Order number, name and phone number at the time of ordering
(2) Reason for requesting replacement
(3) Product name, amount and quantity


・ We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases. Please be forewarned.
(1) Discounted products
(2) When the product has already been used.
(Products that are clearly worn, not tried on, products that have been washed, etc.)
(3) When the member is responsible for scratches, dirt, or defects in the product.
(This includes cases where the customer has lost the product, tag, accessories, etc. that have become dirty or scratched.)
(4) When the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery (including the box and accessories)
(5) When the size is different due to the convenience of the member.
(6) When 3 days or more have passed since the product arrived.

(7) When the member has a subjective reason such as a different image.


・ Exchanges can only be made by changing the color or size of the same item number.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products with different product numbers.
・ Within 3 days after the product arrives, the member will send the exchange request to us by e-mail, we will determine that the product needs to be inspected, and will reply by e-mail. In that case, the member shall promptly send the product to us by the method specified by us.
・ If we determine that the item you sent needs to be replaced, we will exchange it for an equivalent item, or if the item is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price. We will bear the shipping cost and the cost for replacement due to reasons attributable to us such as defects in the product, mistakes in the product, etc.
